Free means the freeLLC base formation service fee is $0. State filing fees are mandatory government charges, vary by state, and must be paid for submission. The state fee is separate from the freeLLC service fee.
Included service and optional choices
freeLLC offers V4 text chat: type answers, ask formation questions, compare choices, and review organized information before approval. Claude and ChatGPT connections are coming soon. Registered Agents Inc. service is optional at $99/year; EIN assistance is optional at $49. There are no pressured packages and no add-on is selected without approval.
Not a lead-generation website and privacy
freeLLC is the formation platform customers use, not simply a lead-generation form. Relevant information may be shared with government filing offices and providers needed for requested services. The Privacy Policy describes this operational sharing and says freeLLC does not sell personal information for money.
CPA supervision and limits
A licensed CPA review gate applies before submission. Arik Rozen, CPA, MBA, brings hands-on tax and business experience to the group. His Virginia CPA license, #025991, can be verified through the Virginia Board of Accountancy. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee state approval or timing.
Before and after submission
Customers explicitly review and approve formation information before submission. Logged-in My Company Formations shows submitted, filing, filed, and needs-review status, with clarification and filed confirmation details. Customers can use email, phone, and chat for clarification.
